Rental Terms & Refund Policy

Eligibility & Approval
All rentals are subject to approval. We reserve the right to request valid government-issued ID, a credit card, and/or a Certificate of Insurance (COI) before releasing any equipment.

Payment Terms
Full payment is required to confirm any booking. Equipment is not reserved until payment has been successfully processed.

Minimum Rental
All rentals are subject to a minimum one-day charge.

Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made between 24–72 hours prior to pickup will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup are non-refundable.

Rescheduling
One (1) reschedule is permitted at no charge if requested at least 24 hours in advance. Additional changes may incur a fee.

No-Shows
Failure to pick up equipment at the scheduled time without notice will result in a full charge of the rental amount.

Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit authorization may be required. This is a temporary hold (not a charge) and will be released after all equipment is returned and inspected.

Equipment Responsibility
The renter assumes full responsibility for all equipment during the rental period. Any damage, loss, or theft will be charged at the cost of repair or full replacement value.

Condition & Cleaning
Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received. Excessive dirt, sand, moisture, or misuse may result in additional cleaning or repair fees.

Late Returns
Late returns may incur additional charges. Returns exceeding the agreed time may be billed for an additional rental day.

External Factors
Refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to weather, production delays, talent issues, or other external factors. At our discretion, a credit may be issued for future rentals.

Equipment Availability
All equipment is subject to availability. In rare cases of conflict, damage, or unforeseen issues, we reserve the right to substitute comparable equipment or issue a full refund.

Insurance Requirement (If Applicable)
For high-value rentals, a Certificate of Insurance (COI) may be required listing our company as Loss Payee and Additional Insured.

Agreement
By completing a booking, the renter agrees to all terms and conditions outlined above.
